I focus on executive search engagements, specializing in law firm leadership roles, including C-Suite positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Accounting and Finance, and Director of Professional Development.

My understanding of law firms helps me serve as a strategic advisor in the areas of team structure, core competencies and talent search strategy, enabling our clients to secure candidates that align with their firm’s unique needs.

I leverage my extensive experience in both law firms and executive search to strategically guide clients and candidates toward successful partnerships.

My background

Prior to moving into executive search, I held business development roles at international law firms Norton Rose Fulbright and McCarthy Tétrault, and led the sales function at Thomson Reuters’ media division.

The business development experience at large law firms gave me an invaluable perspective on organizational dynamics, helping clients integrate new leaders successfully and candidates evaluate opportunities strategically.

I hold an MBA from York University and completed my undergraduate degree in France and California. I serve as a board member of LMA Canada, and I contribute to organizing and moderating programming to elevate the legal marketing profession. As a mentor to newcomers to Canada, I help them navigate the labour market and find fulfilling career paths.

Outside of work

I enjoy travel, food, hiking, and cycling, and I split my time between Canada and Spain.
