One of the largest global law firms is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team in New York.

This role sits within the firm's Corporate practice and will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the wider Global Financial Markets group. It offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of high-value corporate work and global financial markets strategy.

The position works closely with senior stakeholders, providing an excellent platform to further develop leadership capabilities and strategic influence on a global scale. It also offers strong exposure to cross-selling and key client support across both global and domestic markets.

This opportunity would suit experienced Corporate BDMs looking to move into a top-tier global environment. A collaborative mindset and a desire to take part in a high performing culture are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with firmwide strategy, including tracking ROI and refining performance
  • Manage and provide tailored input into significant pitches, enhancing and maintaining capability materials
  • Identify market trends and client opportunities through research and insight analysis
  • Drive practice visibility through events, campaigns, and thought leadership
  • Support client and sector programs using strong product and market knowledge
  • Partner with ADs and Directors to deliver strategic BD projects and align with the firm's evolving operating model and technology roadmap
