Disputes Pitch and Directories Mananger

I'm currently partnering with a leading global law firm on the search for a Pursuits & Directories Manager, focused on their market-leading disputes and regulatory practices. This is a high-profile role within the firms Business Development function, which offers the preferred candidate the opportunity to play a key role in the firm's overall growth strategy.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of business development, pursuits, and stakeholder management, collaborating closely with attorneys and business development professionals to deliver compelling, client-focused materials that help differentiate the firm in a competitive market. This as an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal business development professional to step into a leadership role with meaningful influence on the firm's growth agenda.

I'd love to engage with professionals who have experience in pitches, proposals, or pursuits, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Beyond the technical expertise, the preferred candidate must be collaborative, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of complex pitches, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring submissions are client-focused, compliant, and delivered to a high standard
  • Partner with attorneys and business development colleagues to develop compelling value propositions and tailored pursuit content
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of pitch materials, business development content, and experience databases to support future opportunities
  • Manage Chambers, Legal 500, and other directory submissions, coordinating stakeholders and driving the process from inception through to submission

I believe the current salary banding is highly competitive within the market; however, if you are seeking something above this range, I'm happy to have a conversation. If this opportunity is of interest, please apply directly or contact Sean Sweeney for a confidential discussion.
