We're delighted to be partnering with an Am Law top 20 firm in its search for a Manager, Litigation Legal Directories & Rankings. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with elite litigators and senior business development leaders, helping to elevate the profile of a premier Litigation Department through sophisticated rankings, awards, and profile-raising initiatives.

This is a Litigation-focused role, offering significant visibility across the practice and direct interaction with department leadership. The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping the firm's rankings and recognition strategy, ensuring its market-leading litigation, investigations, and regulatory expertise is accurately and compellingly represented to key industry publications and legal directories.

We would love to speak with individuals who bring legal marketing, business development, directories, rankings, or awards experience from a law firm or professional services environment. Prior exposure to litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, or legal rankings processes would be particularly valuable.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of legal directory submissions and awards initiatives across the Litigation practice, enhancing the firm's visibility and market reputation.
• Develop compelling submission content that showcases significant litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, ensuring the firm's strengths are clearly differentiated in the marketplace.
• Partner closely with litigators, practice leaders, and business development professionals to identify standout matters, client successes, and market-leading achievements.
• Oversee submission timelines and processes, including drafting, reference management, researcher engagement, and results tracking.
• Manage and coordinate directory researcher interviews, supporting preparation efforts and leveraging feedback to strengthen future submissions.
• Build and maintain a centralized repository of litigation matters, credentials, and best practices to support year-round profile-raising efforts.
