Senior Business Development Manager

I'm excited to be partnering with a leading global law firm as they look to hire a Senior Business Development Manager for their expanding Litigation practice.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the practice to shape and implement business development strategies that support the continued growth of the group. You'll ensure these initiatives are aligned with the firm's broader objectives, as well as evolving client and sector priorities. Leveraging strong market insight and data-led thinking, you'll identify new opportunities, drive cross-practice collaboration, and contribute to initiatives that deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

I'm keen to connect with individuals who bring strong experience in legal business development, ideally with exposure to Litigation. Just as important is a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in developing further within this space.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering BD strategies for the Litigation practice in line with the firm's global growth agenda
  • Building strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and effective collaboration
  • Leading and coordinating BD initiatives, tracking performance, and refining approaches where needed
  • Using market, client, and product insights to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities
  • Developing targeted plans across key clients, sectors, and offerings, while promoting cross-selling across global teams

The salary range is competitive within the current market, though I'm open to discussion for standout candidates. If this opportunity aligns with your experience, feel free to apply directly or reach out to Sean Sweeney to learn more.
