Senior Client Development Coordinator

We are thrilled to partner with a dynamic global law firm in its search for a Senior Business Development Coordinator within its Entertainment and Media Industry Group. In this position, based in an exciting Century City office, you will support the expansion of the client base and the cultivation of strategic business development relationships within the US music industry, particularly in Los Angeles and New York. This role entails working with firm partnership to design tactical initiatives to increase revenue and enhance the firm's visibility within the American music sector.

We would love to speak with proactive, self-directed, and detail-oriented individuals with at least one year of business development experience. A passion for the music industry and an interest in the legal business environment would make for the ideal candidate.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to the US music industry. This would also include periodically monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of said strategies, delivering insights for sustained growth.
• Identifying, cultivating and retaining long-term partnerships with potential clients.
• Coordinating pitches, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals.
• Implementing client engagement strategies with regular touchpoints and personalized communications.
• Planning and conducting client-targeted events, including the annual Grammy party.
• Conducting in-depth analyses of market segments to identify untapped opportunities and potential client acquisition.
• Securing and managing music-led sponsorship opportunities that align with the firm's brand and long-term business development goals in the music industry.
