These roles are ideal for BD and marketing professionals who enjoy working closely with partners, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the growth of a collaborative, high‑performing team

About the Role

Working alongside industry group leaders, BD managers, and cross‑functional teams, you will help elevate the firm's visibility, strengthen client relationships, and support the execution of targeted business development strategies.

These positions offer a blend of hands‑on project work, content development, and strategic support across multiple industry sectors, with opportunities to contribute to cross‑practice initiatives and high‑visibility campaigns.

Responsibilities/ Qualifications

  • Partner with industry group leaders and BD managers to support marketing, business development, and client development initiatives.
  • Build deep knowledge of assigned industries, including client environments, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the execution of industry‑specific BD plans and cross‑practice initiatives, tracking progress and identifying opportunities.
  • Evaluate conference and sponsorship opportunities; manage logistics for speaking engagements and industry events.
  • Coordinate firm‑hosted events in collaboration with the Events team, including on‑site support as needed.
  • Assist with cross‑practice proposals and preferred provider submissions.
  • Draft and manage industry‑focused submissions to directories such as Chambers and The Legal 500.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated branding and profile‑raising campaigns, including social media initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain industry‑focused collateral, including brochures, pitch decks, attorney bios, experience lists, and web content.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of industry newsletters and communications.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best‑practice development within the BD function.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relations (professional services preferred).
  • Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following industries is beneficial: Consumer Products, Technology & Media, Financial Services, or Energy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with CRM and marketing databases (e.g., Foundation, InterAction, DealCloud) is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self‑motivated, collaborative, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
