We are delighted to partner with our newest client, a full-service law firm, on its search for a Business Development Manager (BD Manager.) Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Business Development Manager will work with the Intellectual Property (IP) and Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice group attorneys to develop and execute on the business development activities in support of the firm's strategic initiatives. This position can be in the New York, NY, Roseland, NJ, or Centerville, UT offices. The firm supports a hybrid working model, with most members of the team working 3 days in the office per week.

We welcome applications from individuals with a bachelor's degree who have several years' experience in legal Marketing and Business Development. Prior law firm or professional services experience is preferred.
For candidates meeting the requirements, the expected base salary is $140,000 to $160,000. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location. The benefits package includes coverage options for medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K, and paid time off.
