Business Development Manager - Global

I'm partnering with one of the world's leading global law firms on their search for a talented and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join their dynamic US-Latin America marketing team. This is a critical role designed to elevate the firm's brand and business development efforts across Mexico, Puerto Rico, and key Latin American markets including Argentina, Brazil, Peru, and Chile.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the U.S. and globally to execute strategic marketing and BD initiatives that strengthen the firm's reputation across the Americas. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Initiatives, this role offers an excellent platform for a marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns, manage high-impact projects, and influence cross-border growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic marketing plans that align with the firm's brand strategy and deliver measurable results across the Americas.
• Manage integrated, client-centric marketing and BD campaigns focused on cross-selling and multijurisdictional pursuits.
• Serve as a project manager, overseeing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration for marketing initiatives.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral and BD content for pitches, client meetings, and regional submissions for awards and directories.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Latin America leadership, marketers, and office managers to plan impactful internal and external events.
