Business Development Manager (IP)

We're excited to be partnering with an Am Law top 10 firm to find a Business Development Manager to join the firm's Global Intellectual Property Group. This strategic role will focus on driving growth across the IP vertical, managing key client relationships alongside Technology colleagues, and leading go-to-market initiatives that position the firm at the forefront of innovation.

Based in New York, this opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the IP industry and a proven track record in business development within a law firm or professional services environment.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to industry group leaders and stakeholders, identifying high-growth opportunities in IP-convergent sectors.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and manage select IP client relationships.
  • Develop thought leadership and marketing campaigns aligned with industry trends.
  • Collaborate across practices and geographies to deliver seamless client service.
  • Support pitches, proposals, RFPs, and client presentations with sector relevance.
