Business Development Manager - Litigation

Ambition is excited to be working with an AmLaw Top 20 global law firm on their search for a Business Development Manager covering litigation.



The Business Development Manager will support the firm's global growth by organizing key information about its litigation practice and attorneys, conducting market and client research, and helping implement strategic initiatives. This role ensures high-quality business development output and contributes to the Firm's long-term success.



📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide business and operational support for Litigation-related initiatives
• Draft pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
• Coordinate practice and industry-focused campaigns
• Manage legal directory submissions and survey responses
• Update website content, attorney bios, and BD communications
• Support logistics for Firm events, webinars, and presentations
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
