Business Development Manager - PCA & Cap Markets

I'm excited to be representing one of the most renowned global law firms on their search to add a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to their growing team.

I'm particularly excited about this opportunity as it's a brand-new role the team has created as they continue to invest in their BD department overall. In the position, you will play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution of the business development approach for their Public Company Advisory and Capital Markets practice. You'll work hand in hand with practice's Senior Leadership group, which will enable the right candidate the platform to grow and learn into a leadership role within the team.

I would be interested in speaking with Legal BD professionals with at least 5 years of experience within an AmLaw 100 firm. Beyond that, this person must have a passion for and focus on Public Company Advisory and/or Capital Markets some form of a Transactional sub-group throughout their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist PCA & Capital Markets Practice Group leaders with executing business development and marketing plans, while tracking progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and market activity to uncover new opportunities for client engagement, thought leadership, and go-to-market efforts.
  • Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to support lead generation, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for business growth.
  • Play a key role in developing pitches, proposals, and submissions for directories and awards to enhance the practice group's visibility and competitiveness.

I feel the salary banding is highly competitive in the market, however, if you're looking for something above this range, I'm open to discussing that further.
