Business Development Manger (Financial Institutions)

Join this Amlaw Top 20 firm and help drive growth in their Financial Institutions Practice.

As a CDE Manager, you'll partner with Directors and Partners to deliver impactful business development strategies, manage key projects, and strengthen client engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Partners and client groups to implement strategic business development plans
  • Support pitches, RFPs, and presentations that win new business and showcase firm expertise
  • Develop and maintain practice descriptions, capability statements, and competitive intelligence materials
  • Oversee marketing content creation - from research and copywriting to digital and print campaigns
  • Manage CRM databases and engagement records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Plan and execute client and practice events, coordinating agendas, speakers, and logistics
