Client Relationship Manager

I'm tremendously excited to be partnering with one of the leading law firms globally on their search to add a Client Relationship Manager to their growing team!

In this position, you will work closely with the Associate Director of Client Development and the respective partners to support and drive strategic growth initiatives, client development, market positioning and brand recognition. The preferred candidate will serve as the go-to liaison for key clients and will develop and execute specific account strategy, while managing other key marketing initiatives. This role requires, at minimum, previous Legal Business or Client Development experience and those who do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as central point of contact, both internally and externally, within the client team primarily, and with the larger firm and other internal or external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Lawyers, Partners and other key stakeholders within the firm to understand firm-wide capabilities to leverage specialist-led relationship building with key or primary accounts
  • Play a key role in the diversification of revenue streams by identifying new business or relationship opportunities that haven't been already leveraged by the firm
  • Point of contact for any and all client feedback for the firm, which then must be presented to key internal stakeholders
  • Work with wider business services teams to implement and manage IT tools for use in communicating our relationship with clients

I feel the current salary banding is in line with the wider Legal Business Development market, however, if you have interest in the role but would require a different level of pay, I'm open to discuss further.
