Events Coordinator

I am delighted to be supporting an elite, global law firm with their search for an Events Coordinator, operating within a well-established team, directly supporting the Senior Events Manager. You'll be working on the end-to-end execution of all events, from small intimate occasions to supporting the world wide events program, located in New York on a hybrid working model.

The Role:

  • Working with key partners and attorneys to plan and coordinate Firm-sponsored events; including seminars, conferences, drinks receptions and corporate hospitality.
  • On site venue management and coordination of all logistics, from site selection and contract negotiations, liaison with attorneys for targeted development of invitee lists to post-event follow-up and feedback.
  • Develop existing and establish new relationships with venues, bespoke events contacts and site vendors.
  • Collaborate with the wider events team to maintain and develop in the integrity of the internal database and firm-wide events calendar.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 and includes an extensive benefits package, based on experience
