Pitch Specialist

Overview:

We are tremendously excited to be partnering with one of the leading global law firms in the US on their search to add a Pitch Specialist to their growing team!

In this position, you will work closely with the Pitches and Proposals Manager to assist Business Development & Marketing colleagues, including the Head of US Business Development and Marketing, on delivering the coordinated, timely delivery of high-quality credentials, as well as practice and panel pitches. The preferred candidate will ensure that pitch content and credentials delivered back to the Practice are specific and of the highest quality, thus assisting the position of the firm to be successful in winning new business opportunities. We believe this provides an excellent opportunity for someone with Pitch or Proposal experience to further their growth by surrounding themselves with an experienced and specialist team, while being afforded the ability to work across an entire practice offering.

We would love to engage with professionals that have previous Pitch or Proposal experience a Law Firm. Previous experience in a Law Firm is a requirement of the role, beyond that, this person must be enthusiastic about the opportunity and their growth within this vertical.

Core Responsibilities:

• The preferred candidate will obtain an initial briefing on the pitch requirements and then be responsible for the delivery of a pitch document which meets the initial specifications
• Work closely with firm lawyers and other marketing colleagues globally during the pitch development process to ensure that they have all the necessary information and insight to deliver a high-quality document
• Play a critical role in ensuring that practice credentials are captured, drafted to the required standard (often in short and long form), signed off, kept up to date and maintained in the base slides and/or other relevant areas
