Proposal Content Manager - Houston, Dallas or Tampa

We are delighted to be supporting a global law firm to bring in a content marketing professional to work within the global pitch team, alongside pulling together the content required for compelling proposals you will also have the responsibility of managing two proposal coordinators within the function too. The role should be fairly diverse in it's approach as the proposal content you will be responsible for will cover a variety of practice and sectors and geographical locations to encompass the North American & EMEA markets.



The role will report into a Global Director, giving you the opportunity for long term development and pathway to move towards Senior Manager level.



We would also like to note that we are open to this role being based in either Houston or Dallas.



Key responsibilities;

• Work with the fee earners, knowledge management and business development colleagues to produce engaging proposal documents, to differentiate the firm from the competition and position the firm in the best manner to the relevant client.
• Take responsibility for organizing and managing the content on the firms central pitch automation platform, allowing this to be accessed easily by colleagues across the business.
• In collaboration with global pursuits colleagues, constantly review existing proposal content and identify new needs for the business.
• Be a leader on best practice for pitch content writing across the firm, this will include leading some internal training with relevant stakeholders.
• Take a keen interest in the professional development of junior members of the team, aiding their progression within the firm.
