Job description
I'm thrilled to announce that I'm working with one of the world's leading law firms on their search for a talented and experienced Sectors & Clients Manager to join their growing team. This is a strategic role focused on driving client development and relationship management for a group of priority Client Teams within the Technology sector.
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in deepening long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, while supporting service delivery and strategic planning for major accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with key account management and client development experience to step into a leadership role and influence the firm's approach to its most important clients.
I'd love to engage with professionals that have previous Legal BD, Client Relationship or Client Development experience. Ideally, the preferred candidate would have a solid background and understanding of the Technology industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client team, coordinating communication internally across the firm and externally with key stakeholders.
- Partner with lawyers, partners, and business leaders to leverage firm-wide capabilities and drive specialist-led relationship building with priority accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and strengthen client relationships.
- Act as the lead for client feedback, consolidating insights and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business services teams to implement and manage technology tools that enhance client communication and relationship tracking.
I feel the current salary banding is competitive within the market, however, if you are looking for something above this range, I'm open to discuss further.
