Senior Business Development Analyst

We are delighted to be partnering with an top 20 Amlaw 100 firm to bring in a Senior Business Development Analyst in a newly created position to join their Marketing function. Within the role you will be working with an experienced senior business development manager working across some of the firms leading areas including private equity and investment management. The role will have an interesting spin on some of the more traditional BD roles in the market, as it will have a focus upon client management and development skills.



Working with the senior manager, we believe this will be a fantastic platform for someone to continue their development towards management level, with a clear pathway for someone to transition their way towards that level. The firm itself has some market leading attorneys, with a really collaborative and supportive culture, enhancing the position within the Legal market.



As we are prioritizing hiring the right person for a mid-long hire, we would very much welcome engaging Legal Marketing & Business Development professionals operating at a variety of levels, as we do also have the capability to bring someone on a slightly more junior capacity and develop you into the role. An interest in the private equity and investment management space would be needed but having prior experience within this practice/sector group is not required.





Core duties involved in the role include;

  • Work with the senior manager in the team & alongside the key client relationship attorneys, to put together tailored plans and objectives for some of the firms largest revenue generating clients.
  • Use analytical tools such as, Bloomberg, Mergermarket amongst others, to track market trends and industry news in order to advise the attorneys on specific themes.
  • Create and put together tailored marketing documents for specific campaigns in order to raise the brand profile in core markets.
  • Prepare and be involved in responding to cross practice RFP's and bid proposals.
