Senior Client Relationship Manager

We are thrilled to partner with an Am Law top 10 firm in its search for a Senior Client Relationship Manager, who would play a critical role in deepening and expanding client relationships with the firm's most strategic clients. Based in either their LA or Silicon Valley office, this position comes as a relatively rare global Client Development role that would focus its efforts within priority sectors and companies with a strong presence on the West Coast.



We would love to speak with individuals with experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Prior experience working with stakeholders on client development activities, business development and/or the tech space would make for the ideal candidate.



Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and partners, focusing on business development opportunities-especially for clients based on the West Coast.
  • Collaborate with Global Industry Group Leaders to design and implement go-to-market strategies that align with the firm's broader growth priorities.
  • Lead and manage select Global Strategic Clients, including setting engagement goals, developing client plans, and tracking performance across service lines.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the firm's services.
  • Support strategic client initiatives, including pitches, proposals, RFPs, and presentations, ensuring alignment with sector trends and client needs.
