They are hiring a Senior Manager of Business Development Strategy for their Litigation Business Unit. In this senior role within the Strategy & Marketing team, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development Strategy and partners to drive growth and enhance the firm's market presence. Responsibilities include advising on client pitch strategy, developing proposals and pitch materials, managing strategic events, and coordinating lawyer directory submissions.

This role is ideal for a law firm BD professional with 8+ years' experience, particularly with litigation exposure, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative, proactive approach are essential.

The salary range is highly competitive, $190k-$220k, depending on experience.
