Senior Manager of Internal Communications

Overview:

I'm extremely excited to be representing one of the very elite law firms we have here in the US on their search to find a new Senior Manager of Internal Communications.

In this role you will act as the internal voice of the firm and you'll be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to help further strengthen the culture, diversify delivery channels, and innovate the way the firm engages with the overall organization. Beyond that, you will work alongside internal leadership to form a cohesive internal messaging strategy to unite global offices and further collaboration across each team. These opportunities don't come around often and I believe this is truly an excellent role for someone looking to further their internal communications career within a prestigious law practice.

I'm looking to engage with professionals that have previous internal communications experience within a law firm, ideally between 6-10 years' worth. That aside, this person must be creative in their approach and enthusiastic about playing a significant role in the internal communications of a law firm.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the overall internal communications strategy, approach, and process.
• Plan and deliver strategic communications campaigns to increase engagement and trust; collaborate with other departments to share information and ensure a cohesive approach.
• Write and edit copy for various mediums and audiences ensuring error-free work product adhering to the Firm's style guide to maintain consistent messaging.
• Consistently innovate delivery channels leveraging technology
• Work alongside Talent to coordinate internal feedback surveys, you will then analyze the results and create an overarching report of your findings to C-Suite and other internal stakeholders.
• Foster a family style culture that supports collaboration and team spirit committed to achieve the common goal.
