I'm thrilled to be exclusively representing one of the most prestigious law firms in the US on their search to add a talented and experienced Senior Sectors and Clients Business Development Manager to their growing Technology Client Relationship team.

The Senior Sectors and Clients Business Development Manager will oversee strategic client development, client relationship management, and service delivery support for a group of priority Client Teams in the Technology industry. The objective of the successful candidate would be to develop and further deep, long-term and mutually beneficial relationships for the key clients your responsible for. We believe this provides an excellent opportunity for someone with some key account and client relationship management experience to further their growth as a leader, while taking a larger role in the strategic planning and approach for key accounts and clients.

We would love to engage with professionals that have previous Legal BD, Client Relationship or Client Development experience. The preferred candidate MUST have a solid background and understanding of the Technology industry.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as central point of contact, both internally and externally, within the client team primarily, and with the larger firm and other internal or external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Lawyers, Partners and other key stakeholders within the firm to understand firm-wide capabilities to leverage specialist-led relationship building with key or primary accounts
  • Play a key role in the diversification of revenue streams by identifying new business or relationship opportunities that haven't been already leveraged by the firm
  • Point of contact for all client feedback for the firm, which then must be presented to key internal stakeholders
  • Work with wider business services teams to implement and manage IT tools for use in communicating our relationship with clients
