Sr. Business Development Manager

This Amlaw top 50 firm is in search for a Senior Client Development Manager (Litigation) leads business development strategy for the firm's accounting and consulting defense practice, additional Litigation groups, and select cross‑practice teams. The role drives marketing initiatives, strengthens client relationships, and collaborates with key business functions across the firm.

The position may be based in New York, Washington, DC, or Philadelphia.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and business development plans, including budgets, ROI tracking, and integrated campaigns.
  • Advise practice leaders and attorneys on client development, market positioning, pitch strategy, and RFP responses.
  • Oversee awards and directory submissions, marketing collateral, website content, and other materials that highlight practice strengths.
  • Lead research and analysis to identify market opportunities, inform go‑to‑market strategies, and support events, sponsorships, and client‑facing initiatives.
  • Support lateral integration, manage assigned team members, and contribute to broader firmwide marketing priorities.
