  • Guide and execute business development planning in partnership with practice leaders and practice management, including managing target lists, identifying thought‑leadership opportunities, recommending client events, supporting social media efforts, and advancing other strategic initiatives.
  • Strengthen key client programs by partnering with practice leaders and marketing and business development colleagues to identify, cultivate, and expand high‑value client relationships.
  • Collaborate with business development leads across transactional, litigation, and international groups to drive cross‑selling opportunities and develop tailored, multi‑touchpoint offerings for clients.
  • Oversee the development of pitches, RFPs (in coordination with the RFP team), and other client-facing materials, including leading strategy discussions, facilitating internal debriefs, and tracking outcomes.
  • Drive visibility and profile‑building initiatives such as speaking engagements, communications, awards and rankings submissions, directory participation, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a lead on additional department‑ or firm‑wide projects as assigned.
  • Support the Director in managing the team and contribute to the growth and development of early‑tenure marketing team members.
