Nicky has spent 18 years with Ambition, building a strong reputation for hiring and developing exceptional talent, fostering inclusive cultures, and leading teams that consistently deliver outstanding results.

One of her most significant achievements was launching Ambition’s U.S. business from the ground up. Her leadership has been critical in establishing Ambition as a trusted advisor across both the UK and U.S. markets, while also laying the groundwork for long-term growth across Europe.

Beyond her operational leadership, Nicky is a highly visible advocate for the staffing and recruitment industry. She hosts Ambition’s Leaders with Ambition podcast and regularly speaks at industry events on hiring, retention, equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I), and leadership. She is also widely recognized for her thought leadership and ability to build strong, lasting partnerships across the sector.

Nicky founded and continues to chair Ambition’s Allyship, Belonging and Inclusion Committee, where she leads the development of firm-wide policies, training, and initiatives that strengthen Ambition’s inclusive culture.

Her impact has also been recognized externally, including being named to the SIA Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list, which honors women shaping the future of the industry.
