My core focus is on C-suite and leadership positions in Finance & Accounting and Marketing & BD for Professional Services firms throughout the US and internationally.
My career in recruitment started in 2009 when I joined Ambition’s London office. In my first couple of years in recruitment, I gained exposure to both temporary and permanent recruitment across a broad base of clients and candidates predominately within the professional services area.
In 2012 I moved to our Singapore office initially as a Senior Consultant, then into a Divisional Manager role for our Sales & Marketing business and our Supply Chain & Procurement business which we launched in 2013.
In 2015 I got the opportunity to return back to our London office as Associate Director for our award-winning BD & Marketing team which specialises in recruiting across BD, Marketing & Communications within the professionals services area.
I was promoted to Managing Director in early 2023 and now focus on Executive Search as well as leading the legal division, covering Finance & Accounting, BD, Marketing & Communications.

Outside of work
I got the travelling bug when I lived in Singapore and visited some amazing countries across Asia so now I’m back in the UK and I’m committed to visiting more of Europe.
Matthew placed me in my current role and I couldn't be happier with the advice he provided me.
