Business Development Manager

I'm very excited to be exclusively representing one of the most reputable global law firms on their search for a Business Development Manager for their growing Antitrust team.

Your role will be to support the development and execution of Business Development (BD) strategies that support growth in the Antitrust practice. You'll ensure these strategies align with the Firm's overall goals, as well as client and sector priorities. Using strong product knowledge and data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities, encourage cross-selling across practices, and help shape BD efforts that drive profitable revenue growth.

I'd love to engage with professionals that have a depth of experience within Legal Business Development, preferably within the Antitrust practice area. Beyond that, this person must be a team player, with an aim to grow and learn within this practice area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop business development strategies for the Antitrust practice that align with the firm's global growth objectives and long-term vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and foster consistent collaboration.
  • Lead and manage BD initiatives, ensuring alignment with practice and firm-wide goals, while monitoring progress and refining plans as needed.
  • Leverage product, market, and client data to inform BD strategy, identifying opportunities and making insight-driven decisions.
  • Design and implement targeted growth plans across products, sectors, and clients, promoting cross-selling and tailoring efforts to market demands.

I feel the current salary range is competitive within the market, however, if you are looking for something above this range, I'm open to discussing it further.
