Business Development Manager (Client Teams)

Job description


We're excited to be working with a global law firm on their search for a Business Development Manager to support their strategic Client Team program. This role drives client-focused initiatives across practices and offices, enhances client relationships, and leads business development efforts for key accounts.

This role will lead the business development and marketing efforts for a number of key client accounts and support program infrastructure. This client teams program operates across practices and offices and works to ensure a consistent client-focused approach at the global and regional level working closely and collaboratively with the rest of the Global Business Development and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing and BD strategies for assigned client teams
  • Support planning, training, satisfaction reviews, and client events
  • Collaborate across departments to develop budgets, pitches, and proposals
  • Maintain CRM data and conduct market research and analysis
  • Help onboard lateral hires and support local office initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members
