Business Development Manager (Projects & Infastructure)

Ambition is currently working with a global law firm seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth for their firms Projects & Infrastructure Industry Group. You'll lead client-focused initiatives, support industry expansion, and collaborate across departments to elevate their market presence.

This manager will be a key driver of growth and innovation for the firms Projects and Infrastructure Industry Group, you will spearhead industry and product growth strategies, lead client development and acquisition efforts, and champion an industry-focused approach to enhance the group's visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans and growth strategies
• Drive client targeting, satisfaction programs, and marketing campaigns
• Craft proposals, pitches, and client presentations
• Collaborate on lateral hire integration and training programs
• Mentor junior team members and support firm-wide initiatives
