In this position, you'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to implement new business development strategies, improve internal processes, and support market positioning efforts. You'll be involved in everything from conducting market research and coordinating client events to managing CRM systems and supporting thought leadership campaigns. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and adapt to evolving priorities will be key to your success.

The ideal candidate brings at least six years of experience in business development or marketing within a professional services setting, along with strong project management skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail are essential.

  • Partner with different key stakeholders within the Business Development team to implement strategic initiatives using project management tools, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Plan and execute business development events such as webinars, client receptions, and industry presentations, managing logistics, materials, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.
  • Develop and refine internal processes for business development systems like BDHub (CRM) and the firm's website, ensuring documentation supports onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer

I feel the current salary banding is competitive within the market, however, if you are looking for something above this range, we are open to discuss further.
