Senior Business Development Manager - M&A

We are delighted to have been retained by this Top 50AM Law Firm to help recruit a Senior Business Development Manager focusing on the Mergers & Acquisitions practice as well as the US Employee Benefits, ERISA & Executive Compensation practice.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who has extensive knowledge of either of these sectors to step up and lead the Business Development initiatives for the M&A and EBEC practice groups. The individual will also have three highly talented direct reports to support with these practice areas, so a great part of this role will be to assist with their growth and development.

Another refreshing point is truly how much the attorneys have bought into the Marketing and BD team meaning you will have constant face time with them and truly be able to work collaboratively. This role will be focused on the US, but you will still have lots of crossover and chances to work with the wider global BD team.

This firm have recently appointed a few new senior individuals into the team and as such are having a real fresh push and looking for people to bring in new and progressive ideas to aid with the growth of M&A and EBEC practice groups.

To be right for this role you must have previous business development experience ideally from a law firm or a professional services firm, you will need to be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of either Mergers & Acquisitions or Employee Benefits, ERISA & Executive Compensation.

The salary range for this role is between $200,000 - $240,000 but we welcome engagement from individuals outside of this.
