Senior Internal Communications Specialist

We are working with a global law firm on their search for a Senior Internal Communications Specialist.

The internal communications senior specialist will support a global communications strategy that ensures consistent internal voice, amplifies firm priorities and values, strengthens culture and brand, and increases employee engagement.

This role will report to the senior manager of internal communications and will collaborate with Business Development, Marketing and Communication teams, other professional staff departments, and firm leaders, to develop and execute strategic communications campaigns and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic internal communications and employee engagement campaigns that reflect the firm's values, culture, and business priorities, using an audience-focused approach across diverse channels including email, video, intranet, and more.
• Craft compelling and error-free content tailored to various audiences and formats, while maintaining consistent messaging aligned with the firm's style guide, tone, and brand identity.
• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to create clear and authentic communications, including talking points and engagement materials for leadership events such as town halls and Q&A sessions.
• Advise teams across the firm on communications strategy, providing editorial oversight and collaborating on the development and production of impactful collateral and campaign assets.
• Drive continuous improvement through analytics and best practices, staying attuned to industry trends and ensuring internal communications remain modern, effective, and aligned with external brand messaging.
