Ambition are delighted to working with a global law firm who are seeking to bring in an experienced PR professional at Senior PR Manager level into their New York office. The firm is going through an exciting stage of expansion, following their CMO joining last year and this is a very important role to work on a global basis across multiple sectors and industries.
The senior leadership team is based across the New York and London offices, you will also have counterparts in the communications team across EMEA to provide a joined up global comms strategy. The role will also have people management responsibilities of more junior colleagues based in New York.

We would very much welcome the chance to speak with individuals currently operating at PR Manager or Senior PR Manager level within the Legal industry as well as experienced PR professionals who are working agency side but have worked with legal, finance or professional services clients.
Some of the responsibilities of the Senior PR Manager include;
Develop the firm's PR and external communications strategy, ensuring there is a joined up global vision, plus tailored plans for individual markets that the firm operate across.
Be the primary PR contact point for the America's market, working with colleague across multiple offices, both within the wider Marketing function and key fee earners.
Work closely with PR counterparts within the EMEA region to help form a joined up global communications strategy.
Working alongside the Senior Digital Manager, ensure that the firm has a consistent themes and messaging aligned with the brand values.
Be the go to person for the firm's executive leadership team, which will include crisis communications planning and implementation.
Develop long term and strong professional relationships with the Legal and industry press, you will also be responsible for managing the relationship of the PR agency that supports the firm's work.
Take the lead on managing a team in New York, helping to aid their professional development within the firm.
