I am the Divisional Manager at Ambition, growing our Legal Business Development, Marketing & Communications practice across North America. My role centers on building high-performing recruitment teams, expanding market coverage, and partnering closely with law firms to deliver strategic, high-impact hiring solutions. To date, we have supported searches across major U.S. markets including New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, among others.
I specialize in recruiting top-tier talent across Legal Business Development, Marketing, and Communications, working with a broad range of firms from Am Law 100 leaders to highly regarded boutique practices, each with distinct cultures and strategic objectives.

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I began my recruitment career within engineering before transitioning into professional services, where I found my long-term focus.
I am deeply passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
