I am the Divisional Manager at Ambition, growing our Legal Business Development, Marketing & Communications practice across North America. My role centers on building high-performing recruitment teams, expanding market coverage, and partnering closely with law firms to deliver strategic, high-impact hiring solutions. To date, we have supported searches across major U.S. markets including New York, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, among others.

My Background

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, I began my recruitment career within engineering before transitioning into professional services, where I found my long-term focus. 

 

I am deeply passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and painting. I love exploring the NYC and trying new restaurants.
